SAP Procurement Consultant

About the role

Envision Employment Solutions is seeking a seasoned SAP Procurement Consultant to join a leading IT Services and Consulting partner in Saudi Arabia. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of SAP Procurement modules (MM and Ariba) throughout a major SAP rollout, acting as the subject‑matter expert for procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP Procurement (MM, Ariba) design, configuration and validation during the rollout.
• Participate in procurement workshops, provide guidance on business requirements and SAP design.
• Manage the impact of procurement enhancements on the rollout schedule and ensure no disruption to existing processes.
• Validate golden templates, data migration, UAT scripts and oversee UAT execution and issue resolution.
• Deliver training to business users and act as the primary liaison between business teams and the systems integrator.
• Prepare weekly status reports with the Project Manager, highlighting progress, risks and recommendations.
• Support hyper‑care activities, troubleshoot issues and ensure proper documentation of all deliverables.

Required profile

• 6‑9 years of SAP project experience, preferably in S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing and supplier management processes.
• Arabic speaking ability.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• SAP MM certification (required).
• SAP Ariba certification (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with SAP MM and SAP Ariba modules.
• Understanding of integration between SAP Procurement and other SAP modules.
