SAP Specialist

About the role

KBR is seeking an SAP Specialist to support the Total Reliability program for refinery assets in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on coordinating reliability initiatives, managing asset data in SAP, and driving continuous improvement across the asset lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and govern the Total Reliability framework for refinery assets.
• Prepare methodology for criticality assessment and reliability improvement programs.
• Lead asset criticality analysis, conduct workshops, and compile findings into reports.
• Populate and maintain asset data, taxonomy, operating limits, and Bill of Materials in SAP.
• Implement reliability methodologies and oversee SAP‑PM effectiveness.
• Coordinate essential studies for facility and operational improvements.
• Adapt lessons learned from benchmarks and safety cases to enhance reliability culture.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience.
• Ability to lead criticality assessment workshops and produce technical reports.
• Strong analytical mindset for data collection and reliability studies.
