Security & Threat Manager

About the role

The Security & Threat Manager leads the governance of security operations and threat management for Qiddiya Workers Villages. The role is responsible for preventing, detecting, and responding to security threats through disciplined governance, emergency preparedness, and close coordination with authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement security and threat management frameworks and SOPs.
• Oversee access‑control systems, patrols, and CCTV operations.
• Lead threat assessments, vulnerability analyses, and maintain a risk register.
• Coordinate intelligence sharing and threat alerts with local authorities.
• Investigate security incidents, produce corrective action plans, and ensure timely response.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi security regulations and audit requirements.
• Maintain training, licensing compliance, and contractor performance management.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in security and threat management.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing security operations.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi security regulations and emergency response procedures.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and engage stakeholders.
