Senior Account Manager

About the role

The Senior Account Manager will own a portfolio of key accounts in Saudi Arabia, driving revenue growth and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective customers. Working closely with the Territory Sales Manager, the role balances strategic account planning with hands‑on execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement account strategies and road‑maps aligned with corporate objectives.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts and set targets for the assigned portfolio.
• Maintain and expand relationships with channel partners, clients and vendors.
• Conduct market research and define requirements for current and future products.
• Manage the full sales cycle from quotation to collection, including credit assessment and payment follow‑up.
• Ensure proper inventory tracking and stock management.
• Lead and coach the account team, fostering ownership and succession planning.
• Utilise Salesforce CRM for lead, opportunity and deal registration management.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years (84 months) of experience in account management or sales.
• Proven ability to develop and execute account strategies that generate long‑term revenue.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data, loyalty metrics and sales performance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience leading and developing a sales team.
