Graduate Associate – Presales

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Associate – Presales to support our sales team in Riyadh. The role involves market research, building customer relationships, and coordinating with supply chain to ensure timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and KPIs
• Assisting with market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
• Building relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service
• Coordinating with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
• Maintaining accurate records and reports on sales activities and customer interactions
• Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to customers
• Participating in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge

Required profile

• Fresh IT graduate
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
• Comfortable working in a culturally diverse team
• Quick learner able to study independently and manage time
• Keen creative and problem‑solving abilities
