About the role
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month‑end close, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage general ledger entries, accruals, adjustments, and account reconciliations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year‑end closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Perform bank and balance‑sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed‑asset accounting.
- Handle VAT/ZATCA requirements and support internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, company accounting policies, and internal controls.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
- Professional certification (SOCPA, CMA, CPA, ACCA) is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP or other accounting systems.
