Senior Architect – Fit-Out (Luxury Hotels)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architect – Fit‑Out to lead luxury hotel interior projects in Riyadh. The role combines design leadership, technical coordination and mentorship to deliver high‑quality fit‑out solutions on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of luxury hotel interior fit‑out projects, ensuring innovative and functional outcomes.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and resources to achieve on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Mentor junior architects and multidisciplinary design teams, fostering best practices.
• Present design concepts to clients, incorporate feedback and maintain clear communication.
• Coordinate with engineering, contractors and consultants to guarantee technical feasibility and compliance with codes.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications and shop drawings.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials and technologies relevant to luxury hotel fit‑outs.
• Support health, safety and environmental (HSE) initiatives on site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years on luxury hotel fit‑out projects.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale interior fit‑out programmes.
• Previous work in the GCC region is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
