Senior Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead the full architectural design process, from concept development through detailed construction documentation. The role will focus on delivering innovative solutions for residential, commercial, office and hospitality projects while ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and study architectural design concepts and innovative solutions.
• Conduct site analysis, regulatory reviews and prepare architectural studies.
• Produce detailed construction drawings from initial concept to final documentation.
• Create high‑quality 3D models, interior and exterior renderings.
• Prepare presentation boards and marketing materials for client proposals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s a plus); professional registration preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design and project development.
• Proven track record in residential, commercial, office and hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and Riyadh Municipality regulations.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion and Enscape.
• Expertise with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign (preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
