Senior Architect – Technical Office

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to provide technical and architectural support during the construction phase, ensuring that designs, specifications and contract requirements are fully met.

Key responsibilities

• Review shop drawings, material submittals and technical documents for compliance with approved designs and standards.
• Coordinate with the Resident Engineer, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to monitor the quality of architectural works.
• Support the resolution of technical issues to keep projects on schedule and aligned with consultant requirements.
• Ensure that all architectural deliverables adhere to contract specifications and applicable regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience, including at least 10 years in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region.
• Proven experience on complex, high‑end, prestigious projects.
• Professional registration/certification as an Engineer/Architect according to Saudi regulations.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit and BIM tools.
• Good knowledge of Aconex for document management and official correspondence.
• In‑depth knowledge of architectural materials, finishes and construction detailing.
