Senior Associate – Accounts Receivable (Riyadh)

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Accounts Receivable team in Riyadh. You will be the primary contact for managing collections and performance of an assigned AR portfolio, supporting cash flow objectives and customer relationships across Saudi Arabia, EMEA, and global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collect outstanding receivables in line with contract and payment terms.
• Support reduction of bad‑debt expense through proactive collection of aged balances.
• Identify high‑risk accounts early and work with AR leadership to mitigate issues.
• Monitor customer payment performance, adjust credit limits and risk codes as needed.
• Resolve invoice disputes and collaborate with customers to improve AR performance.
• Assist the Cash Application team to ensure timely and accurate payment posting.
• Support month‑end close, reporting, and compliance for Credit & AR.
• Drive process improvements to increase collection efficiency.
• Act as SAP Subject Matter Expert for AR operations.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Understanding of credit principles in the healthcare industry.
• High analytical ability with keen attention to detail.
• Experience in account analysis and reconciliation for high‑profile accounts.
• Proficiency in SAP and ability to work both office‑based and in the field.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
