Senior Audit & Assurance Professional – Telecom (Riyadh)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Audit & Assurance professional to join its Telecom practice in Riyadh. You will work with leading telecom clients, delivering high‑quality audit services while navigating complex regulatory and risk environments.

Key responsibilities

• Build trust and credibility with stakeholders by understanding their service‑level expectations.
• Deliver audit services that reflect a practical awareness of regulatory impact and risk management.
• Prepare and adapt referral instructions, clearly outlining audit scope and focus areas.
• Liaise with on‑shore and off‑shore Centres of Excellence, ensuring accurate and complete information exchange.
• Track deliverables from component auditors and link risks, controls, procedures, and findings across the audit file.
• Articulate audit quality milestones and ensure they are met throughout the engagement.
• Prepare documentation that anticipates reviewer questions and distinguishes accounting from auditing judgments.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the telecom industry, its statistics and key regulatory matters.
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Experience in planning, executing, and documenting audit engagements.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global audit teams.
