Senior BPM & Process Mining Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior BPM & Process Mining Consultant to join ARIS in Riyadh. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end business process transformation projects using the ARIS platform, combining process modeling, mining, workflow automation and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business process analysis, modeling and improvement initiatives with ARIS.
• Design and implement ARIS solutions including Process Design, Process Governance (APG), reporting, dashboards and process mining.
• Develop custom ARIS reports, macros and extensions using JavaScript and ARIS APIs.
• Conduct process mining workshops, analyze execution data, identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.
• Create analytical dashboards with ARIS Dashboards, Power BI or Tableau.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, validation and modeling to support process intelligence.
• Facilitate requirement‑gathering sessions, translate business needs into functional and technical designs, and guide customers through implementation.

Required profile

• Strong consulting background with proven experience delivering BPM and process mining projects.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to lead workshops and interact with senior stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience with ARIS development and implementation.

• JavaScript scripting for custom ARIS solutions.
