Senior Business Financial Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an analytical and commercially‑minded Senior Business Financial Analyst to support the General Manager – Operations. The role involves deep financial analysis, market research, business case development and executive reporting to drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organize and analyze financial and operational data from internal departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for the General Manager.
• Research markets, competitors, industry trends and potential business opportunities.
• Conduct preliminary feasibility assessments and develop business cases.
• Analyze costs, expected returns, profitability, risks and key financial indicators.
• Compare investment opportunities based on commercial and financial value.
• Develop concise executive presentations, dashboards and recommendations.
• Track approved decisions and coordinate implementation with relevant departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• 4–8 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business or commercial analysis, or corporate planning.
• Strong financial modelling, market research and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is an advantage.
• Excellent report writing, presentation and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations for senior management.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
