Senior Computer Vision Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Computer Vision Engineer to lead the development of cutting‑edge AI models that turn live video streams into actionable insights for retail and F&B businesses. You will work at the core of our platform, creating algorithms that eliminate operational blindness for multi‑branch clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of state‑of‑the‑art computer vision models for real‑time video analysis.
• Integrate AI algorithms with existing CCTV infrastructure to provide actionable insights for retail and F&B clients.
• Optimize models for low‑latency inference using TensorRT, ONNX and other acceleration tools.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain labeling pipelines and data augmentation workflows.
• Monitor model performance in production and iterate to improve accuracy and robustness.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in computer vision, deep learning and AI solution development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field (Master’s a plus).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Required skills

• Python programming (solid coding skills).
• C++ (working knowledge).
• Deep‑learning frameworks: PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Computer‑vision libraries: OpenCV.
• Model optimisation tools: TensorRT, ONNX.
• Modern CV architectures (YOLO variants) and multi‑object tracking algorithms.
• Data handling: video/image dataset processing, data augmentation, labeling pipelines.
