Senior Construction Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead multiple work fronts on our large‑scale projects in Riyadh. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on coordination, ensuring that every phase meets our high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior‑level oversight and coordination across several construction sites, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones in collaboration with engineering, procurement, and safety teams.
• Manage project budgets, perform regular financial analyses, forecast costs, and identify savings opportunities while maintaining transparency with stakeholders.
• Conduct routine site inspections and progress meetings, resolve issues promptly, and apply corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate effective communication and project success.
• Mentor junior construction staff, fostering professional growth and a high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior construction management, preferably on multi‑site projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing diverse teams.
• Ability to make strategic decisions that align with project objectives and organizational goals.
