About the role
Our client is a well‑established construction contractor delivering an Aramco project in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The Project Manager will lead multiple construction projects across civil, architectural and MEP scopes, reporting to the COO.
Key responsibilities
- Lead several projects simultaneously from start to handover.
- Own cost control, budget performance and project margin.
- Recover programmes and manage risk across each project.
- Support commercial activities on variations, claims and contract issues.
- Manage relationships with client, consultants and subcontractors.
- Ensure QA/QC and HSE compliance on all projects.
Required profile
- 15–20 years of construction experience, including 7–10 years in senior project leadership.
- Aramco approval as Project Manager.
- Contractor‑side experience managing multiple projects.
- Civil Engineering degree; PMP certification highly preferred.
