Senior Consultant – Enterprise Data Management

About the role

The Senior Consultant will lead the organisation's enterprise data management capability, ensuring data assets are reliable, consistent, discoverable and governed. This role supports business objectives, regulatory requirements and data‑driven decision‑making across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise data management frameworks aligned with business and technology goals.
• Define standards, methodologies and operating models for data quality, data catalog and master data management.
• Establish and monitor data quality metrics, controls and remediation processes.
• Lead the implementation and governance of an enterprise data catalog and metadata management.
• Support data governance policies, regulatory compliance and privacy requirements.
• Design and oversee data lifecycle processes, including creation, retention and disposal.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure data assets meet operational and strategic needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience establishing and leading enterprise data management capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of data quality, data catalog, master data management and data governance practices.
• Experience working with regulatory, privacy and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to define strategic priorities and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
• Excellent collaboration skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
