Senior Data Center Facility Engineer

About the role

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Senior Data Center Facility Engineer to join its AWS Infrastructure Services team in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and safety of world‑class mechanical and electrical systems that keep AWS data centers running 24/7.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the highest safety standards and lead safety‑risk remediation across the facility.
• Support and troubleshoot electrical equipment such as UPS, switchgear, circuit breakers, automatic transfer switches (ATS) and diesel generators.
• Maintain mechanical assets including chillers, exhaust fans, transformers and related cooling systems.
• Oversee day‑to‑day facility operations, ensuring compliance with AWS safety and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement safety initiatives and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile
