Senior Data Scientist – AI & Data Solutions

About the role

This senior-level position is focused on shaping enterprise‑wide data and AI transformation initiatives in Saudi Arabia. You will design and deliver intelligent, agentic AI solutions from strategy through end‑to‑end implementation, working closely with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and orchestrate agentic AI workflows, generative AI applications, LLM‑based solutions, and autonomous systems.
• Translate business objectives into product backlogs, user stories, technical requirements, and execution roadmaps.
• Own Data & AI initiatives from strategic definition through architecture, development, implementation, and delivery.
• Create modular, scalable, and reusable data and AI components for complex enterprise environments.
• Apply data stewardship practices covering quality, lifecycle management, privacy, governance, security, and production readiness.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, leading demos, architecture discussions, workshops, and high‑level stakeholder conversations.
• Identify opportunities to improve data ecosystems and accelerate adoption of advanced AI capabilities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI Architecture, or a closely related field.
• Strong foundations in statistics, mathematics, and modern cloud‑native data platforms.
• Proven experience designing or orchestrating agentic AI systems, generative AI solutions, LLM applications, or intelligent autonomous workflows.
• Product ownership mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
