Senior Designer – Product Advertising & Marketing

About the role

The Senior Designer will lead the creation of high‑quality visual concepts for product advertising, packaging and promotional materials. Working closely with sales and marketing teams, you will ensure the brand’s visual identity is consistently communicated across printed and digital media.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative graphics and marketing content that reflect brand values and product identity.
• Conceptualise and design packaging, sales collaterals and digital assets from idea to final output.
• Maintain and archive a visual database, including colour corrections, for business use.
• Supervise and mentor the graphic design team, ensuring brand aesthetics are upheld.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and collaborate with sales/marketing to meet client needs.
• Monitor design schedules, provide progress reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Train sub‑ordinates, delegate tasks fairly and lead process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in a relevant design discipline.
• 4–6 years of professional experience in graphic or product design.
• Proven ability to lead a design team and manage multiple projects.
• Strong organisational and reporting skills.
