Senior DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes & CI/CD)

About the role

Master Works is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust Kubernetes‑based platforms that support enterprise applications and AI workloads. You will work on‑premise, collaborating closely with development teams to deliver secure, high‑performance infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters for enterprise and AI applications.
• Administer, operate, and maintain platform clusters, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows for seamless deployments.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications following best practices.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource usage.
• Enforce security controls, including access management and secrets handling.
• Document architecture, processes, and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with production‑grade Kubernetes.
• Experience handling GPU workloads in Kubernetes (NVIDIA GPU Operator, CUDA).
• Proficiency with Rancher and/or OpenShift for cluster management.
• Strong Linux system administration and networking knowledge.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana.
• Solid understanding of on‑premise security best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
