Senior DevOps Engineer – Kubernetes & CI/CD

About the role

Master Works is looking for a senior DevOps engineer to design, build and operate Kubernetes‑based platforms that support enterprise applications and AI workloads. The role focuses on creating secure, highly available infrastructure and automating delivery pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage Kubernetes platforms for enterprise applications.
• Administer and maintain cluster management and on‑premises systems.
• Develop and operate CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
• Deploy containerized applications following best practices, including GPU workloads.
• Ensure high availability, performance, security and compliance of infrastructure.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues and optimise resource usage.
• Document architecture, processes and knowledge‑sharing materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and work collaboratively with development teams.

Required skills

• Kubernetes (production‑grade)
• Container orchestration and deployment automation
• GPU workloads in Kubernetes (NVIDIA GPU Operator, CUDA)
• Rancher and/or OpenShift cluster management
• Linux system administration and networking concepts
• Monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana
• Security best practices for on‑premises environments
• CI/CD pipeline creation and management
• GitOps workflow implementation
