Senior Electrical Engineer

About the role

JASARA Program Management Company is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and delivery of electrical systems for infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. The role combines technical expertise with leadership to ensure high‑quality, compliant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and analysis of electrical systems for diverse infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated engineering solutions.
• Prepare and review detailed engineering documentation, including calculations, specifications, and drawings.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Conduct site evaluations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies for project integration.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain communication with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably on infrastructure projects.
• Proven leadership and project‑team management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with international standards and environmental engineering is a plus.
