About the role
The Senior Electrical Technician will be based in Eastern, Saudi Arabia, supporting the operation of shiplift systems. The role involves maintenance and troubleshooting of shiplift electrical equipment, including motors, power distribution, control panels, cables, sensors and protection systems. Candidates must be ready to join at short notice to ensure continuous plant reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance on shiplift electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot faults in motors, power distribution equipment, control panels, cables, sensors and protection systems.
- Carry out preventive maintenance on control panels and associated wiring.
- Diagnose and repair sensor issues that affect shiplift operation.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule shutdowns for shiplift inspections.
Required profile
- Available to join at short notice.
- Previous hands‑on experience with shiplift electrical systems is mandatory.
