Senior Flutter Developer – Fintech & Digital Banking

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to lead the design and delivery of high‑scale, secure fintech and digital banking applications. The role focuses on building robust mobile solutions that meet strict regulatory standards while providing an excellent user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain Flutter applications for fintech and digital banking products.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and micro‑service back‑ends.
• Implement secure storage, encryption, token management and biometric authentication.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps and product teams to ensure compliance with PCI‑DSS and other security standards.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers and enforce clean‑code practices.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Bitrise or Jenkins.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on Flutter and Dart development.
• Proven experience delivering production‑grade financial or banking applications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, fluent English communication.
