Senior High-Jewelry Sales Specialist – Riyadh

About the role

Mouawad, a historic house of high jewelry, is looking for a senior sales specialist to lead its ultra‑high‑net‑worth client portfolio in Riyadh. The role combines deep gemstone expertise with relationship management, allowing the advisor to present and close sales of the House’s most exclusive creations.

Key responsibilities

• Personally close high‑jewelry sales, leveraging extensive knowledge of gemstones, craftsmanship, and provenance.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of UHNW and VIP clients across Riyadh and the wider region.
• Present and place High Jewelry (HJ) and Masterpiece (MP) pieces, guiding clients through rarity and certification details.
• Host private viewings, trunk shows, and exclusive events both in‑boutique and off‑site.
• Collaborate with merchandising, design, and atelier teams on bespoke and made‑to‑order pieces.
• Maintain expert‑level knowledge of gemological certifications, the House’s heritage, and current collections.
• Uphold Mouawad’s service standards, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s discretion and excellence.
• Work with global clienteling and CRM teams to deliver a seamless client journey.

Required profile

• Proven track record in high‑jewelry, fine‑jewelry, or luxury watch sales serving UHNW clients.
• Strong gemological foundation; GIA diploma or equivalent is a distinct advantage.
• Established network of high‑net‑worth relationships in the Saudi market.
