Senior Legal Specialist

About the role

The Senior Legal Specialist will provide expert legal advice and support to the Company, focusing on Saudi Labor Law and HR matters. The role ensures compliance with Saudi regulations while protecting the Company’s interests and minimizing legal risk.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to various departments, especially on labor and employment issues.
• Draft and review employment contracts, manpower service agreements, operational and commercial contracts.
• Support contract termination, resignations, dismissals, disciplinary actions, wages and leave matters.
• Manage and follow up on labor and commercial cases, claims and disputes.
• Handle amicable settlements, negotiations and settlement agreements.
• Prepare legal memoranda, objections, official letters, notices and legal responses.
• Coordinate with government authorities on labor violations and complaints.
• Review internal policies and procedures for legal compliance and identify regulatory risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Sharia or a related field.
• 4–6 years of legal experience, preferably in HR, manpower or workforce services.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and related regulations.
• Experience in contract drafting, labor disputes, violations and amicable settlements.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation and drafting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
