Senior Logistics Specialist

About the role

Advanced Petrochemical Company is seeking a Senior Logistics Specialist to lead outbound logistics operations. You will coordinate with warehouses, production teams, freight forwarders, 3PLs, ocean carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment flow and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute day‑to‑day outbound logistics activities.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouses, 3PLs and freight forwarders to meet delivery requirements.
• Track shipments to guarantee timely dispatch and on‑time delivery.
• Prepare, review and manage logistics documentation such as Bills of Lading, packing lists and certificates.
• Monitor and control inventory movements between internal and external warehouses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve logistics issues or bottlenecks.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for logistics and supply‑chain efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply‑chain and logistics operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
