Senior Manager - Agency Training

About the role

The Senior Manager – Agency Training leads the broker enablement program for Qiddiya’s real‑estate portfolio. Operating within the Qiddiya Real Estate LearnLab, the role designs and delivers training that equips external broker partners with comprehensive knowledge of Qiddiya’s developments, sales processes and customer journey standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a broker training strategy aligned with Qiddiya’s go‑to‑market roadmap across residential, retail, office and land assets.
• Position the training program as a best‑in‑class experience that builds brand credibility and broker confidence.
• Collaborate with sales and leasing leadership to identify training priorities based on project launches and market conditions.
• Facilitate large‑scale training interventions using blended learning models (in‑person and digital).
• Work with Programs, Digital Systems and Learner Experience teams to ensure an integrated learning experience.
• Continuously align training content with evolving commercial priorities, market dynamics and KSA regulatory requirements.
