Senior Manager – Audit & Assurance (Insurance) – Riyadh

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead Audit & Assurance engagements for insurance clients in Riyadh. The role involves strategic risk identification, audit planning, execution, and delivering high‑quality audit reports.

Key responsibilities

• Identify strategic audit and risk priorities, providing insights to key stakeholders.
• Lead risk assessment, audit planning, execution and evaluation ensuring comprehensive coverage.
• Drive revenue testing using process flow diagrams and tailored fraud‑risk approaches.
• Develop and review detailed project plans for complex engagements, managing timelines, resources and contingencies.
• Engage with quality‑control procedures, promote audit‑quality improvements and ensure adherence to global audit imperatives.

Required profile

• Minimum MBA or equivalent, preferably in Accounting, Auditing or a related field.
• At least 10 years of public accounting/audit experience, preferably with a Big Four firm.
• International accounting qualification (CA, ACCA or CPA) and fluency in English; Arabic bilingual preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and audit standards, with the ability to apply professional skepticism.
