Senior Manager, Data Engineering Office

About the role

The Senior Manager, Data Engineering Office leads the design, implementation and governance of enterprise‑wide data pipelines and architectures. This role ensures that data from systems such as SAP, ITSM platforms and athlete performance tools is reliable, scalable and ready for advanced analytics and AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data architectures, pipelines and integration frameworks across multiple enterprise platforms.
• Oversee data aggregation, cleansing, transformation and structuring from diverse sources.
• Ensure reliability, performance and scalability of data infrastructure for reporting, analytics and AI.
• Establish best practices for data modeling, pipeline automation and platform optimization.
• Manage enterprise data integration to create unified datasets for dashboards and reporting.
• Define and enforce data governance frameworks, metadata management, data lineage and quality monitoring.
• Enable predictive analytics and AI‑driven models by collaborating with analysts and business stakeholders.
• Partner with functions such as SMO, SOTC, IT, GRC and Shared Services to translate business needs into technical data solutions.
• Lead and develop the Data Engineering Office team, fostering a data‑driven culture.
