Senior Manager, Data Governance

About the role

The Senior Manager, Data Governance will lead the planning, design and execution of our organization’s data governance and privacy program. You will ensure data quality, consistency and security across all business units, driving a unified framework that supports strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide data governance and privacy policies, standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with departmental leaders to embed governance practices into daily operations.
• Monitor data quality, consistency and security metrics, and lead remediation initiatives.
• Oversee data privacy compliance efforts in line with regulatory requirements.
• Champion a culture of data stewardship and continuous improvement across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading data governance or data privacy programs at a senior level.
• Strong understanding of data management principles, regulatory frameworks and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable data policies.
