Senior Manager – Fire & Rescue Awareness

About the role

Red Sea Fire & Rescue is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Fire & Rescue Awareness function. The role will shape training strategy, ensure compliance with international standards and support operational readiness across the Red Sea destination.

Key responsibilities

• Deputise for the Prevent & Awareness Director as required and lead the development and execution of the training strategy.
• Conduct annual training needs analysis, design and deliver structured training programmes and achieve accreditation (e.g., NFPA).
• Maintain 24/7 operational readiness, provide Silver‑level command during emergencies and participate in incident investigations.
• Manage performance of the training team, contractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Prepare, monitor and control departmental OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
• Extensive experience in fire‑ and rescue‑related training, awareness programmes and operational command.
• Proven leadership ability to manage teams and drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Knowledge of NFPA standards and accreditation processes.
• Emergency incident command (Silver level) and root‑cause analysis.
• Budget management (OPEX and CAPEX).
• Stakeholder relationship management.
