Senior Manager – Tax Global Compliance & Reporting (Director)

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Manager to lead its Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) tax practice in Jeddah. The role will oversee complex client engagements, ensuring high‑quality tax compliance and reporting services while driving the growth of the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day client engagements, monitoring progress, deliverables and risk mitigation.
• Develop and implement standardized processes to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery.
• Supervise and mentor high‑performing teams, fostering a learning culture and providing coaching to junior members.
• Maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to EY’s Tax Quality guidelines and drive performance‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, taxation or related field; advanced degree or professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules, preferably within a large professional services firm.
• Proven managerial and project‑management experience, with a track record of leading multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Experience working with multinational clients in a multicultural environment.
