About the role
We are looking for an MIS Specialist to support the finance team with technical assistance, database management and reporting across our automotive and logistics operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to MIS Finance in preparing financial reports.
- Prepare and manage databases for PowerBI dashboards and financial reports.
- Organise and facilitate meetings and training for the MIS team, including workshops.
- Track MIS team activities, priorities and KPI follow‑ups.
- Generate SAP COPA financial reports and perform required analysis.
- Maintain MIS tools inventory, documentation library and ensure smooth system maintenance.
- Take meeting notes, track action items and support stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS or equivalent.
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Administration/Analysis, with at least 2 years in vehicle logistics.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and follow‑up capabilities.
Required skills
- MS Office suite.
- Business Objects.
- PowerBI.
- SAP COPA.
