Senior Mechanical & Utility Design Engineer

About the role

The Senior Mechanical & Utility Design Engineer will join a prestigious mega‑infrastructure project in Riyadh, supporting Saudi Vision 2030 by delivering complex road, bridge and utility networks. You will work on design, modelling and coordination for plumbing, firefighting, storm‑water, potable water, sewage and related systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design models, calculations and detailed design drawings.
• Verify and review design drawings, calculations, shop drawings and method statements.
• Prepare and review BIM models, coordination drawings and technical office documents (reports, presentations, minutes of meetings).
• Ensure compliance with Saudi and international design codes throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in mechanical and utility design for large‑scale road and infrastructure projects in KSA.
• Proven expertise in plumbing, firefighting, storm‑water, potable water, sewage, SWCC and TSE networks.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi and international design standards.
