Senior Middleware Administrator

About the role

The Senior Middleware Administrator will manage and support critical third‑party applications that underpin a broad range of enterprise products. You will oversee middleware technologies across messaging, caching, application delivery, and cloud integration environments, ensuring reliable and secure infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain third‑party applications and middleware platforms such as Redis, RabbitMQ, Citrix XenApp, Apache Tomcat, and Azure Service Bus.
• Perform troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and log parsing to resolve performance and configuration issues.
• Plan and execute patches and updates while supporting platform stability on both Windows Server and Linux Server environments.
• Support Citrix application delivery infrastructure and related administration activities.
• Document configurations, maintenance activities, and operational procedures.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience managing and administering third‑party enterprise products.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize technical issues, and collaborate with technical stakeholders.
