Senior Network Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Network Administrator to design, implement and operate a secure network infrastructure that supports SOC monitoring, detection and response across our banking environment. The role ensures reliable connectivity for SIEM, SOAR, NDR, EDR and threat‑intelligence platforms while complying with local cybersecurity regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain LAN, WAN, data‑center, cloud and SD‑WAN connectivity, including VPN and secure remote access.
• Configure and manage network security controls such as NGFW, IPS/IDS, WAF, DNS security, proxy, NAC, micro‑segmentation and Zero‑Trust architecture.
• Enable log forwarding, NetFlow, PCAP and telemetry feeds to SOC tools like Splunk, QRadar or Microsoft Sentinel.
• Support incident, problem and change management following ITIL standards and participate in cyber‑incident response activities.
• Ensure high availability, redundancy and DR/BCP compliance, performing regular failover testing.
• Collaborate with vendors for solution design, upgrades, vulnerability remediation and SLA management.
• Automate monitoring, alerting and configuration management using scripting and orchestration tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering or related field.
• 5‑8 years of network administration experience in banking or other regulated environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, F5 and enterprise‑grade switching/routing.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulatory frameworks (SAMA, NCA ECC, PDPL, NDMO) and ITIL service‑management processes.
