Senior OutSystems Developer & Tech Lead

About the role

Adree is looking for a highly technical Senior OutSystems Developer who will also act as the Tech Lead for enterprise‑grade digital solutions. In this position you will bridge business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that applications are scalable, secure, and performant while adhering to architectural standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and conduct code reviews for a team of OutSystems developers, establishing development standards and best practices.
• Design and architect scalable, secure OutSystems Reactive Web and Mobile applications using the 4‑Layer Architecture.
• Define and implement complex integrations with external systems, databases, REST/SOAP APIs and platforms such as Creatio CRM and .NET back‑ends.
• Oversee technical delivery, ensuring code quality, performance optimisation and CI/CD pipeline implementation within Service Studio and LifeTime.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications and effort estimates.
• Resolve technical blockers, performance bottlenecks and critical production issues across environments.
• Enforce security standards, including access control, data encryption and OWASP Top 10 mitigations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to building enterprise applications on the OutSystems platform.
• Proven experience leading technical teams or acting as a Tech Lead/Architect in an Agile environment.

Required skills

• OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, Service Center and LifeTime.
• OutSystems 4‑Layer Architecture and database modelling.
• SQL Server and Oracle design, stored procedures and optimisation.
• .NET (C#) for custom extensions.
• REST and SOAP API integration, including Creatio CRM.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira and Confluence.
• CI/CD pipeline setup and management.
• OWASP security standards, access control and data encryption.
