Senior Personal Host

About the role

The Senior Personal Host, also referred to as a Guest Arrival Expert, creates memorable first and last impressions for guests at Nujuma a Ritz‑Carlton Reserve. You will guide guests through arrival and departure, handling operational needs, guest requests, reports and sharing local highlights.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through arrival and departure experiences.
• Process operational tasks, address guest requests promptly, and complete required reports.
• Share highlights of the local area to enhance the guest experience.
• Move freely throughout the property, standing, walking or sitting for extended periods.
• Lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 lb unaided and objects over 75 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to follow safety protocols, company policies, maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance and clear communication.
