Senior Planning Engineer

About the role

Wood is looking for a Senior Planning Engineer (Planner III) to join its Projects business in Al Khobar. The role will focus on creating and maintaining detailed project schedules that align with contractual milestones and support successful delivery of construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project schedule, highlighting specific milestones agreed in the contract.
• Produce resource‑loaded, robust baseline schedules and keep them up to date.
• Generate all related planning documents, including S‑curves, progress curves and other reporting tools.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure schedule data reflects actual progress and forecasted activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning and scheduling for construction or engineering projects.
• Ability to work with contract requirements and translate them into schedule milestones.
