Senior Procurement Analyst (GCC)

About the role

MBRF is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to manage a $50MM spend portfolio across co‑packing, distribution, and new categories in the GCC and global markets. You will support commercial strategy, drive cost efficiencies, and ensure high‑quality supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage $50MM spend across co‑packing, distribution partnerships, and emerging categories in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, and international markets.
• Define short‑, medium‑ and long‑term commercial strategies for regional and global operations.
• Develop and execute category strategies, negotiate contracts, and improve Total Cost of Ownership.
• Identify new business opportunities, process improvements, and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Prepare annual budgets, monthly cash‑flow forecasts, and purchase‑price variance analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of strategic sourcing, indirect procurement, or supply‑chain experience in the food industry.
• MCIPS or equivalent certification preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP procurement modules.
• Experience using ARIBA and COUPA platforms.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical abilities.
