Senior Product Analyst – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join a remote product team focused on matching, relationships, messaging and AI‑assisted user experiences. You will work closely with product managers and senior leadership to evaluate whether product initiatives deliver meaningful results and where investment can create the greatest impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run end‑to‑end product experiments, including hypothesis development, sample‑size calculation, A/B testing, statistical significance assessment and result interpretation.
• Unify product metrics across acquisition, retention, reactivation, churn and other key drivers into a coherent measurement framework.
• Act as an independent analytical voice, ensuring product decisions are evidence‑based rather than assumption‑driven.
• Identify high‑leverage growth opportunities and translate product metrics into business goals, estimates and costs.
• Investigate anomalies, uncover root causes and flag potential product issues before they scale.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience in product analytics, preferably with large or complex data volumes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mathematics, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong practical knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory and experimental design.
• Proven hands‑on experience designing and interpreting A/B tests.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex analytical findings clearly.
