Senior Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join a globally distributed fintech team operating in Saudi Arabia. You will shape intuitive web and mobile experiences for complex financial workflows, influencing product direction and user experience strategy for a worldwide audience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end design process across web and mobile, from discovery to high‑fidelity mockups and developer handoff.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to define user problems and create impactful solutions.
• Design scalable, accessible experiences that simplify advanced trading and financial tasks.
• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across all products.
• Partner with developers during implementation to guarantee design quality and seamless interaction.
• Iterate quickly in an agile environment, testing ideas and continuously improving usability.
• Apply product thinking and user‑centered design principles to shape long‑term strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve design processes and cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience designing complex digital products, preferably in fintech, trading platforms, SaaS, or data‑intensive environments.
• Strong expertise in UX/UI, interaction design, information architecture, and product thinking.
• Proven ability to work closely with developers and understand technical constraints.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for articulating design rationale.
• High attention to detail and a user‑centric mindset.
