Senior Product Manager

About the role

HALA is a fast‑growing fintech focused on empowering SMEs across the MENAP region. As a Senior Product Manager you will lead the full product lifecycle for our digital banking and payments solutions, shaping the roadmap that drives growth and customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle from strategy and discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Define, prioritize and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and user interviews to uncover insights and opportunities.
• Translate customer and business needs into detailed product requirements, success metrics and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations and sales teams to launch high‑quality features on schedule.
• Use data and analytics to measure product performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to product‑management best practices across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital products in a fintech or financial‑services environment.
• Strong ability to synthesize market and user research into actionable product strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Track record of delivering products that meet defined success metrics.
• Leadership mindset with experience mentoring junior team members.
