Senior Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the launch, ongoing improvement, and scaling of our digital platform. Reporting to the CTO, you will act as the operational steward of the product lifecycle, aligning business goals, user needs, development teams, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute product launches, tracking milestones, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and mitigating risks.
• Manage product backlogs, translate business requirements into user stories, and oversee sprint delivery and release planning.
• Lead acceptance testing, ensure quality standards, monitor post‑launch performance, and prioritize enhancements.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external development partners, reviewing deliverables and ensuring knowledge transfer.
• Define post‑launch roadmaps, support feature expansion, set performance metrics, and identify scalability opportunities.
• Establish product management processes, documentation standards, and support hiring of internal product and engineering resources.
• Champion AI adoption across the product, embedding intelligent capabilities into operations and future growth.

Required profile

• Highly organized, execution‑focused, and detail‑oriented.
• Proven ability to drive initiatives from concept through launch and beyond.
• Strong understanding of Saudi regulatory environment and digital‑economy nuances.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
