Senior Project Controls Manager - Change Management

About the role

This position offers the chance to work on a large new‑build airport in Saudi Arabia that aims to serve 120 million passengers by 2030. The Senior Project Controls Manager will lead the day‑to‑day Change Management process within the programme’s PMO team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of the Change Management process and act as the primary point of contact for all change‑related matters.
• Guide project teams in developing, coordinating and progressing Change Requests through the governance framework.
• Ensure compliance with programme requirements and alignment across all functional areas.
• Collaborate on net‑zero carbon initiatives, identifying and managing associated emissions and reductions during delivery.

Required profile

• Relevant degree (e.g., Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration) or equivalent.
• Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body.
• Proven experience in Change Management, PMO, Project Controls or Commercial Governance on major infrastructure or aviation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and ability to coordinate cross‑functional reviews and approvals.
• Necessary Saudi‑Arabia visa criteria and prior work on high‑value consultancy projects.
