Senior Project Manager – Civil Engineering

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a civil engineering background to lead large‑scale construction and high‑end fit‑out projects from initiation through handover. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams while meeting strict timeline, budget, and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and supervise all project activities from design review to site handover.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Ensure delivery within scope, cost and schedule constraints while maintaining safety, quality and contractual standards.
• Manage subcontractors, consultants and client communications.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and issue status reports.
• Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings and material selections.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate project risks.
• Collaborate with commercial and procurement teams to meet project requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 20 years of construction experience, including significant project‑manager responsibilities.
• Proven track record with reputable main/general contractors on large‑scale or high‑end projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, cost control, contracts, procurement, QA/QC and HSE.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple subcontractors.
• Experience in GCC/KSA markets is highly preferred; PMP certification is an advantage.
