Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex technology projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet quality, schedule, and profitability targets. The role involves close interaction with customers, internal teams, and external partners across the Middle East and Africa region.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control project schedules, budgets, and quality objectives.
• Manage day‑to‑day project activities, including engineering and financial deliverables, progress reporting, and customer training.
• Prepare and submit tender documents, negotiate contracts, and integrate local subcontractors.
• Identify and mitigate risks to successfully deliver software and hardware solutions.
• Conduct presentations, status meetings, and technical clarifications with customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Support regional reporting on cost, schedule, revenue, and profitability.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Electrical/Electronic, Network or Communication technology or a comparable field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience managing large‑scale technology projects.
• Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction and project profitability.
