Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering complex, high‑impact projects from initiation through closure. You will lead cross‑functional technical teams, coordinate senior security, IT and engineering stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget while meeting quality and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of multiple concurrent programs and projects aligned with strategic objectives.
• Provide leadership across workstreams, coordinating security, procurement, finance, engineering and business stakeholders.
• Establish and enforce project governance, delivery frameworks and performance controls.
• Develop integrated project plans, schedules, budgets and resource strategies for large‑scale initiatives.
• Lead proactive risk, issue and dependency management with timely escalation.
• Oversee financial management, including budget control, forecasting and benefit realization.
• Review and approve business cases and delivery approaches for cybersecurity and technology initiatives.
• Produce executive‑level reporting, dashboards and briefings.
• Manage senior stakeholder expectations and act as primary escalation point.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors and partners through planning, implementation and cut‑over phases.
• Drive continuous improvement and mentor junior project managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 6 years of experience delivering complex, high‑risk projects.
